Credit where credit is due: ticket 250402-001638 about mouse sleep behavior (shown here) was handled nicely. I reported the issue on Wednesday, and on Friday same week they confirmed this as a bug. It's not fixed yet, obviously, but at least information gathering did not have that many irrelevant questions (were a couple), and the flow was fast.
