Boring. Isn't this supposed to be like a fairy tail kind of thing? Or in general a story about keeping your inner child alive or something like that? Even the way the girl constantly repeats "I am not a child" in the very beginning of the movie suggests that. But if that's the case, when there is the flare? Where's the sense of wonder and magic? Whys is there so much talking? I could not bear it for long. Maybe you may find this interesting if you want to see Reynolds in a "dad mode". He also reminds me of some role Affleck did in recent years, but can't put my finger on which one.
