So, apparently, me contacting OP's ombudsman through OP's ombudsman form is not the same as contacting OP's ombudsman. Or at least it's not like that automatically. Because somehow instead of going to ombudsman it went to bank, even though the message chain clearly states it's from ombudsman.
Great service. Just top-notch. Clearly aimed at annoying the customer, in hope, that one would give up. But I am not that easy.
