While FINE is in process of... Doing whatever they do, OP decided to write me about my use of Western Union.
I did have a couple of large transactions within last month or so, so I would expect them to ask about those specifically (which I did point out in my answer), but this message felt a bit too generic. Especially, if you consider that they can see that I've been using Western Union regularly (monthly, at least) since I got account with them (which I also pointed out in my answer).
I am not sharing my answer for the time being, since it has some personal and potentially sensitive information compared to what is present in this thread, and I am not sure if that is entirely relevant for the public. But it looks like it was fine for OP?
Maybe? The response is very generic and does not clearly state whether the case is closed or they can return to me in a week or month and tell me, that they are closing my account. Imagine hearing that near Christmas. If I get something else in this "thread" with them - I will share it, and consider sharing my earlier answer if that would be relevant for the context.
Again, this is not to say, that they are doing something wrong in this particular case. If they asked about a few recent transactions specifically - I probably would not have even shared this, because they do break the pattern of my regular activities, and since it's technically withdrawal of money from outside Finnish (if not European) systems - it's a legitimate concern. But knowing the whole history of my relationship with OP and seeing the wording in the message, I would say it may be interpreted somewhat differently under certain angle. That's why I am still adding this here for a fuller picture, since I expect it will not end here, and probably won't end with FINE, as well.
