I think the first half (or maybe third) was a bit slow and sometimes a bit annoying somehow. It felt like it was trying too hard. Later on it picks the pace up and becomes and relaxes a bit turning into a fairy tale it shod have started with. I think rearranging some of the moments a bit, like, making first third of the movie into flashbacks, for example could even up the pacing. But overall, it's still a good watch and it's more me nitpicking than anything.
