First thing that stood out for me is voice of Kaguya-sama from mouth of secondary character (Kiki). At least I think it's Kaguya. The best one of those: dumb one.
Overall my impression is... Bland. It somehow lacks bite. I'll give it another chance, but unless it can pull off some interesting twist (so far pretty predictable) - will have to drop it.
Episode 2:
There are too many "convenient coincidences", that make me not believe the story, even though it has traces of a good one. I do not feel "the risk", "the weight". It's too wishy-washy somehow. I will give it another chance, though.
Episode 8:
They should have given a story behind hotel having no room 404. It's even weirder than it having only 4 rooms on the floor.
Also is it me or Josie and CEO have more than 1 power?
Episode 12:
I think they needed at least 1 more episode to explain some things better, but perhaps there will be a 2nd season, where they do
