The world's backstory was somewhat lackluster, IMHO, but the cat and mouse dynamics seems interesting enough to continue for now.
Episode 13:
It even became somewhat wholesome by the end, but... The ending is badly designed. It does not even leave any hints for potential continuation, too abrupt. Also, if it was me, I would not kill Michiru. Why? Because notion of "it reduces my lifespan" is too vague. I'd play it as a misconception and fatigue is caused by wasting actual energy. You know like The Flash needs to eat lots? Something like that could be used here.
