Episode 2:

They have clearly put some thought into the world of the anime, but very little into characters. They all seem identical except for their looks. They all have identical "speed", I guess. They move and speak at the same pace. It's the best way I can "name" what's going on here. I mean if you think about it in a good anime characters speak at different pace, some faster, some slower and that is one of the things that makes them unique. Here they are all extremely fast-talkers and annoying at that.

For the story I am still uncertain, because it's too hectic at the moment and it feels like during first 2 episodes were getting more of general exposition, rather than actual story. Convenient finding of another arm-band is quite a red flag for me: if the village is that poor they would have searched the capsule several times over already. And I have a hunch, that Bit will find another arm-band similarly convenient.

I will give it another shot, but my expectations are pretty low at the moment, especially if character won't desync.

Episode 3:

I am still unsure if I like it or not. It starts to remind me of Gurren Laggan, but with way worse character building and way too rushed. Or was Gurren Laggan the same? I do not remember it like that.

Episode 14:

I think this is the current pinnacle for the series. Previous episode was more about flashy moves in fighting scenes, while this one was an actual fight between convictions. And it was quite impactful, although I am not so sure about the way the battle was won.

Episode 15:

Atlee's depression moment was too forced. Rudolph's muscular form was pointless. Wiener's death was lackluster. Elsha in nightgown was hot.

Episode 24:

As expected there was a lot of nonsense from logical perspective in order for the heroes to win somehow. Still this can be considered a good successor to Gurren Laggan.

Ending hints on continuation, but I am not sure there needs to be one. Because it will, probably, break the rules even more, and since breaking the rules here did not work as nicely as in Deca-Dence, breaking them further may make it worse and make the show implode.
