Feels like a slice of life while trapped in a game (and presumably dead). There is a flaw in the premise: hospitals usually have axillary power source, so that even city wide power outage would have minimal impact (it's limited, usually covers life support and other critical equipment). So... Unlikely this would happen.
Aside from that what is the purpose of original game? There are bits and pieces of gameplay related stuff, but somehow they do not seem cohesive to me, if they were in a real game.
Anyways, I need more of a story, rather then just "chilling out after being paralyzed for so long", so... Passing by.
