Episode 2:
I think it lacks polish. The way flashbacks were used was confusing. It was fine in 1st episode, but in this one I'd recommend 1 big flashback and then follow chronology.
Wierdness is here, but not the kind of Sonny Boy and far weaker than Dorehodoro. It's as if it's trying to maintain some serious face instead of embracing illogical.
I will give 3rd episode a chance, but most likely will drop afterwards.
Episode 3:
I am dropping this after all, because it's narratively inconsistent.
It's strange, how it has good dynamics, but yet bad ones at the same time. There is a lot of jumping from one thing to the other with no real structure.
If I was planning the episodes out, first episode would be when the pair actually leaves the city and the rest... I'd either cut out some things entirely, or use them as flashbacks, as Bisco is telling his part of the story along the travels and explains everything. To me it would be totally ok to have high octane action in the first episode and have the next 2 relatively calm (except maybe for fight with Pawoo).
As is - it's just all over the place with no actual benefit from such approach. Or, at least, I do not see it.
Soundtrack is good, though.
