Kind of understandable, why his relatives were against him staying alone in the mansion: he falls for a shotacon maid and lets her stay while the logical thing to do in his situation would be to sell the mansion and buy something smaller or even an apartment and then higher a tutor to teach him basic stuff in a couple of days.
