It's a beautiful but shallow journey. It's underdeveloped. And not only the love line (or lines), but all relationships and lore. It's like stuff was added "because that's how you supposed to do things". It needed to be a TV show with like 12 episodes, so that all characters would be properly fleshed out and rules of this world explained. But it is gorgeous, can't deny that.
