Arumi is cute, but not enough for me to continue.
Main problem I see is that the show does not seem to know whether it wants to be funny or serious. The bits of world-building suggest that this should be a serious show, but then most characters are aloof, and majority of scenes are light-hearted and trying to be funny, which also contrasts the opening scene a lot.
Okino reminds me of some annoying character, but not sure whom exactly. Emet-Selch from FFXIV perhaps? Robots remind me of old cartoon Exosquad. Monster though… Does not look good, and not because of CGI. Its texture is weird and definitely does not fit overall style. If it was a darker show - it would have made more sense.
