This looks like "Beelzebub" anime but with "SK8" vividness and possibly general art style. Main difference is that there is no demonic baby and no skating. Those are replaced by a djinn-like creature and martial arts. Visually it definitely looks good, but overall this is not my style, mostly because approach to comedy: jokes are too frequent and of so-so quality. It could end up being cool due to fights, but I doubt it, since there was no real fighting in the first episode, so they probably would not be thee focus of the show.
