Resource management: the anime. With reincarnation as a kid-noble. Kind of similar to "Isekai Yakkyoku", but with a power, that is both less powerful and more generic. And looks like the kid does not have full control over it, too. I do not like the the art style, and interactions seemed a bit off at times. Not my thing.
