It is a mix of Omnipotent Saint and The Magical Revolution. Honestly, kind of bland even compared to Saint's 2nd season. If you are into such slice-of-life isekai, then it may be interesting, of course, especially if you like redheads even more. Personally, I felt bored. This whole episode could have been a set of flashbacks. It probably would have been better without "reincarnation" trope, too: just let her be a real genius thinking up the designs, that are familiar to us, but not to the world she is living in.
