It's good. There is not really much to say besides this. It probably would stir more emotions among children, rather than adults, but it would still be enjoyable for all ages. It has important messages behind it, and the way that message is delivered is not just artistic, but also "weighted", believable, relatable. Not like a lot of more modern movies and shows that force the inclusivity message for the sake of inclusivity message. This movie shows, that inclusivity is not that easy, and that people have biases, but if they just give a chance - even a rat can surprise them. And it's delivered in light-hearted and entertaining way, too.
So, yeah, if you have not watched it yet - you should try. It's not perfect, of course, you can find some things to nitpick, like random person becoming a chef just because he cooks good (which is not how things work in real life, as far as I know), but you will probably enjoy it nonetheless.
