Firstly, I do not like the MC. Both the looks and the character. He feels creepy at times, and I am not sure if that's intentional. Secondly, the premise does not make sense to me. I mean, fine "Talker" is a "Buffer" and is considered weaker in a fight, I get that. But a huge portion of the episode was showing how he is actually important to the party because of the buffs he can provide, his "tactical sense" (even though I could not believe that latter) and how he leads the fight. But then it turns out he is not the leader of the party (may be fine, but feels icky), and then he is screwed over by his party-members because he suggested to form a clan, which would give them more profit. More than attempting a B-rank dungeon while being C-ranks.
Why? They relied on him before. They believed him to be smart enough to lead, which required risk assessment. Which means, that him saying, that they can manage a clan was assessed for risks as well, meaning that he believes that they can pull it off. So why? it just does not make sense to me. I guess this will be used as a plot twist at some point, when somehow it will turn out, that they were asked/ordered to leave him or something, or it will be presented that they were just dicks... Either way would feel forced to me, so skipping this one.
