What was even the point of it all? Like, the end goal? To me it feels like the show went nowhere. The "revelation" in the end felt completely out of place, since there were no real hints to it, and the "resolution" did not really resolve anything. Yeah, the doctor shared his "dark secret", and it probably made him feel lighter because it relieved some of his guilt, but... That's it. There is no real moral in the story, no deep thought. It is also not that good as a psychological thriller. I mean, it starts ok in that regard, but goes downhill after 3rd episode, if not 2nd. And apparently, they are hoping for a 2nd season? Why? It should have been a 1-1.5 hours movie, like something from that anthology a couple of years back: was it "In The Dark"? My point is, don't waste your time on this, unless you have absolutely nothing else to watch.
