Where are they going with this? Usually within 1st episode, sometimes 2nd, you can get the general direction of a story, what the authors want to tell you. They can, of course, subvert your expectations, or the narrative can just shift for one reason or another, but you get the main idea. Like, this is about fighting, this is about friendship, this is about robots, this about love, and so on. With this one I am at a loss.

They started with anime workshop, and it looked like the theme will be the creator's block of the this girl. They also seemed to take a bit of time to show that she is not that likeable, and prefers to do things herself, so not a team-player. Then she got isekaied and... Both of those things were thrown away? Creator's block is now pointless and no one cares about it much, and she is kind of playing in a team, however unwilling she may be. The only thing that remained constant is the source of her power, I guess, but that's a pretty weak connection, that does not really justify amount of time spent in "real world" in 1st episode.

I feel like they actually wanted to film the story into which the girl was isekaied, but I guess it was considered to not be that good (even in the show itself it's suggested that it was not popular, at least), so they turned it into isekai, because it's a trend? Characters still feel kind of flat, though, since isekai-ing does not bring depth by itself.

I will give it a chance with 3rd episode, but I do not have much hope.
