Episode 3:
It really should have been a movie. As is they are just wasting a lot of time on little things, that do not add anything to... Well, anything. Not to world-building, not to character-building. Just superfluous stuff. If it was a 100 (maybe more) minutes movie with viewers dragged along the unknown world towards some sort of happy end - that would be fine, but in a TV show this feels like a drag. Also I already can tell, that elf will turn out to be "evil", but then "not really evil, just the circumstances".
