Razer, why do you keep doing this? Why are you continuing to become worse?
You say you do not have any documentation, and yet, you have previously claimed (with certainty!) that Bluetooth devices are not supported by Dynamic Lighting. What's worse instead of trying to figure this one out (because googling does not provide any evidence of Bluetooth support or lack thereof for Dynamic Lighting) you suggest me to go to Microsoft? That is you want me to do your job?
Well, you've done it, Razer. Considering how much grief your support has caused me in mere 6 months, you're joining Logitech, Samsung and Sony in my personal list of "never buy". Good job.
