I will continue watching this, since 1st episode is more like a prologue, but I've noticed serious issues in the physics here. It appears, that in the area. where the boy was in, it has been snowing for quite sometime. Probably the reason the rest left. And it's been several years since they left. If that's correct, then the amount of snow on those rocks and other stuff is all wrong. It's unlikely he would have found them.
