Episode 12:
I think it should have been a movie. It did not use the available time to expand on anything in the show: not the characters, nor the lore. In fact, I'd say that majority of characters felt almost the same, with very minimal differences (outside the design). Aki was the deepest character even her backstory and development were fumbled down, in the end. There was too little of her, too. Honestly, I think it would have been better if she was the main character and Hikaru was a goofy side character, she encounters during her life journey. I think that would have been a better story.
